You Want To Work In A Zoo?-Zoo Careers
This
workshop is designed to introduce students to the various careers
within the zoo community. Students will be able to explain the avenues
necessary to undertake a career in the zoo community. This workshop will
also help students to understand the importance of research within the
zoo community.
This
workshop has both pre- and post-visit classroom activities.
These activities are designed to enhance each student's
knowledge of the topic to be covered.

Planning:
1.1 Applies planning methods to decision-making related to life and work
rules.
Management:
2.1 Employs management techniques to manage projects and enterprises related
to work and life roles.
2.2 Applies marketing and promotional techniques to products and services

or to initiate and maintain a service or product-based business.
