Education Assistant Entry level. Full-time. Weekends and holidays required.
Duties:
Conduct educational programs, talks, and tours for groups and the general public. Assist with summer camp, office work, and special events.
Qualifications:
College degree in an applicable major. Must be 18 or older. Valid Florida driver’s license required. Must pass background checks as well as pre-employment drug test. Public speaking and computer skills required. The ability to safely handle a variety of animals including mammals, reptiles, and birds. Work well without close supervision, possess a good work ethic, and have a positive outlook. Should also be a fast learner. Bilingual a plus.
