The news media admission policy enables working
media to become familiar with Lion Country Safari.
Lion Country Safari will consider requests on a case-by-case basis based upon the relevancy of each applicant’s news outlet and market. This courtesy is extended to active members of the news media only. Lion Country Safari will consider requests for working news media in the following categories:
Print Media
- Publishers
- Editors
- Writers
- Reporters
- Photographers
Broadcast Media/Radio
- Station Managers
- Assignment Editors
- Producers (news/features)
- News Directors
- Videographers
- Anchors/Hosts
Internet (news/travel only)
- Managing Editors
- Editors
- Reporters
- Writers
- Photographers
- Travel Bloggers
Upon approval, Lion Country Safari is pleased to extend the courtesy of two (2) complimentary tickets to Lion Country Safari per year.
- Freelancers who are members of the Society of American Travel Writers or have written confirmation of assignment are eligible for complimentary admission.
- Arrangements must be made through Lion Country Safari Marketing department. Requests must be made in writing on company letterhead, accompanied by a copy of a current business card. Requests should be faxed directly to Marketing at (561) 793-9603.
- Advance notice of three (3) business days is required to process requests.
- News media must present photo ID/credentials at the front/main office to obtain passes.

Specific instructions regarding coverage will be provided at the time. Lion Country Safari reserves the right to deny admission to any person, organization, or group at the sole discretion of management.
