An Animal Tale
A story, animal encounter, and a hands-on activity will help students to learn about different animals. This program is meets the following Sunshine State Standard: SC.K.L.14.2: Recognize that some books and other media portray animals and plants with characteristics they do not have in real life.
Animal Senses Students will meet animals to learn about their senses. This program meets the following Sunshine State Standard: SC.K.L.14.1: Recognize the five senses and related body parts.
Fur, Feathers, & Scales
Students will meet a mammal, a bird, and a reptile to learn how they are alike and how they are different. This program meets the following Sunshine State Standard: SC.K.L.14.3: Observe plants and animals, describe how they are alike and how they are different in the way they look and in the things they do.
