West Palm Beach, FL – Lion Country Safari is proud to support the outstanding work of Operation 300 by donating $2,166 to the organization. The donation is as a result of a promotional partnership with Lion Country Safari and Chick fil-A. The check will be presented to Operation 300 at Lion Country Safari July 18th at 1pm.

For the promotion, Lion Country Safari placed discount admission coupons in participating Chick-fil-A locations during the month of March 2018. A portion of the proceeds from the coupons redeemed is being donated to Operation 300. Rob Rabenecker, Chairman of the Marketing Board for the Palm/Treasure Coast Market said, “Chick-fil-A prides itself on being a community partner.  We are proud to be a small part of the great things that Operation 300 represents and we support the work that they do in the community throughout the year.”

About Operation 300

Operation 300 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing support to families of fallen soldiers in honor of SOC (SEAL) Aaron Vaughn. Founded in 2012, Operation 300 has been offering the children of fallen soldiers the opportunity to enjoy childhood to the fullest through adventure camps that honor the spirit of SOC Vaughn. A weekend at a time, children attend camps where they are partnered with father-aged mentors and participate in activities they might have done with their own fathers. The mission of Operation 300 is to “provide mentorship to children of the fallen, honor the sacrifice of those who've given their all for our freedom, and promote patriotism and service in our communities.”
